DVP Construction Group was contracted to transform the client’s backyard living area.The results of the project created elegant outdoor living space designed to last for many years.

Project Highlights:

• Swimming Pool & Hot Tub: Custom-designed swimming pool and a built-in hot tub, surrounded by custom cut bluestone hardscaping.

• Pool Cabana: Features warm millwork accents and a cedar shake roof with decorative trellis infill between columns and three-sided rail system.

• Carriage / Guest House: The structure sits atop the project site adjacent to the main house and includes a two-car garage with custom overhead doors and hand-cast epoxy chip flooring for durability and aesthetics. Above the garage at the second level the building features warm wood materials throughout the space. The guest facilities include a full kitchen, solid surface bathroom with high-end plumbing fixtures, guest bedroom with primary views of the property, and a full washer and dryer. Building exterior is constructed with hardilap siding, boral trim, and a cedar roof with copper flashings, combining a beautiful design with long lasting maintenance free materials.

• Landscaping & Gardens: Thoughtfully landscaped gardens feature a statue, multiple water spillways, garden structures, sloped-top brick privacy walls, and a custom masonry fire pit. Dry laid stone retaining walls compliment the brick clad feature walls throughout the project.

• Hardscaping: Curved retaining walls and bluestone hardscaping surround the pool area. Stepped retaining walls and hardscape areas integrate seamlessly with the sloping site topography, and include extensive underground water management.
